⚠️ Important Notice:After submitting your account deletion request, a 15-day grace period will begin. During this period, your account data will be temporarily frozen. If you log back into your account during this time, the deletion request will be automatically terminated.
1. Deletion Process & Grace Period
To ensure your account security and prevent accidental operation, we have established a grace period for account deletion:
Data Retention Period:Within 15 days after submitting the deletion request, your personal data and related information will be securely retained and will not be permanently deleted immediately.
Cancellation Mechanism:During the 15-day grace period, if you change your mind, simply log back into the App and follow the prompts to automatically terminate and cancel the deletion request, restoring your account to normal use.
Official Deletion:If no login operation is performed within the 15-day grace period, your account and all related data will be permanently erased and cannot be recovered upon expiration.
2. Impact of Account Deletion (After Grace Period)
Once the 15-day grace period expires without cancellation, the following final changes will occur:
Complete Identity & Data Erasure:Your account information, profile, avatar, and password will be permanently deleted.
Content & Record Clearing:All business data, interaction logs, and related content generated during your use will be cleared.
Loss of Benefits:All membership privileges, coupons, points (if any), and unfinished services associated with the account will automatically expire without refund or compensation.
3. Account Deletion Conditions
To ensure your account security and property rights, the following conditions must be met before applying for deletion:
The account is in normal status, free from security risks such as bans or freezes.
There are no unfinished transactions, disputes, or unresolved complaints within the account.
All assets and rights settlements have been completed.
