This agreement is entered into between you (hereinafter referred to as "User" or "You") and the App (hereinafter referred to as "We"). This agreement has contractual effect. Please read and fully understand each clause carefully. Once you download, install, register, or use the App, you are deemed to have read and agreed to all terms of this agreement.
1.1 Account Registration
You need to register an account before using certain features of the App. You should register with true, accurate, and complete personal information, and ensure its legality, validity, and timely updates.
1.2 Account Security
You should properly keep your account and password. You shall not transfer, lend, or authorize others to use your account in any form. Any account leakage, unauthorized use, or losses caused by your own reasons shall be borne by you.
1.3 Account Deletion
You have the right to delete your account. Please refer to the "Account Deletion Guide" within the App for the deletion process and consequences. After submitting the deletion request, a 15-day grace period will begin, and the specific rules are subject to the "Account Deletion Guide."
2.1 Prohibited Behaviors
During your use of the App, you shall not engage in the following behaviors:

We have the right to review the content you post or transmit through the App. If we find content that violates this agreement or laws and regulations, we have the right to directly delete, block, or remove such content without notifying you, and take measures against your account such as warnings, function restrictions, suspension, or permanent bans depending on the severity.
3.1 Intellectual Property of the App
All content of the App, including but not limited to text, images, charts, audio, video, software, programs, interface designs, data, trademarks, logos, etc., are protected by copyright law, trademark law, patent law, and other intellectual property-related laws. Without our written permission, you shall not copy, modify, transmit, publish, display, mirror, create derivative works, or use them in any other form.
3.2 Intellectual Property of User Content
For the content you publish, upload, or share on the App (hereinafter referred to as "User Content"), you retain the intellectual property rights to such content. However, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, irrevocable, sublicensable, non-exclusive license to store, display, distribute, promote, and use such content for the purpose of improving services. You warrant that you have full rights to the User Content or have obtained legal authorization from the relevant rights holders.
We take your privacy protection very seriously. During your use of the App, we may collect, use, and store your personal information. We will protect and process your personal information in accordance with legal requirements and the "Privacy Policy" published within the App. Please carefully read the "Privacy Policy" to understand our specific practices regarding the collection, use, and protection of your personal information.
5.1 Services Provided "As Is"
The App's services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not make any express or implied warranties regarding the timeliness, security, error-free nature, or permanent availability of the services, but we will make reasonable efforts to maintain the stable operation of the services.
5.2 External Links and Third-Party Services
The App may contain links to third-party websites or services, which are provided solely for your convenience. We do not control these third-party contents and assume no responsibility for their content, accuracy, security, or reliability. Any risks arising from your access to third-party links shall be borne by you.
5.3 User Responsibility
You shall independently bear legal liability for the content you publish through the App and your use of the App. If your actions cause us to suffer any losses (including but not limited to attorney fees, litigation costs, compensation, etc.), you shall compensate us in full.
6.1 Termination Initiated by Us
We have the right to suspend or terminate providing services to you under the following circumstances without prior notice:

You may stop using the App at any time and apply for account deletion in accordance with the process described in the "Account Deletion Guide." This agreement shall terminate upon completion of account deletion.
6.3 Post-Termination Processing
After the termination of this agreement, you will no longer be able to use the App's services. We have the right to delete your account information and related data, except as otherwise required by laws and regulations.
We have the right to amend this agreement in accordance with changes in national laws and regulations and business operational needs. The amended agreement will be published within the App. If you continue to use the App, you are deemed to have accepted the amended agreement. If you do not agree to the amendments, you should stop using the App and apply for account deletion.
8.1 Applicable Law
The formation, execution, interpretation, and dispute resolution of this agreement shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China (excluding conflict of law rules).
8.2 Dispute Resolution
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this agreement shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation between the parties. If negotiation fails, either party has the right to submit the dispute to the competent People's Court in the location where the App operator is domiciled for litigation.
